Description
Advantages
Genuine or split leather gives Leather Hand Gloves strong natural resistance to heat, sparks, abrasion, and general wear, making them well suited to welding, grinding, and handling rough or heavy materials that would quickly wear through lighter fabric gloves. Extended gauntlet cuffs on many designs protect part of the forearm from sparks and hot debris.
The natural thickness and durability of leather resists punctures and cuts from moderately sharp objects, and while less flexible than thinner synthetic gloves, this trade-off delivers a long service life under heavy industrial use.
